The garlic scape is the first of two harvests for a garlic plant. The tender green stalks are minced and dehydrated to crispy flakes with a sweet, mild garlic flavor. Irresistible when folded into salads, scrambled eggs, dips or cream cheese. Note: plays very well with bacon.
